Bathrooms, kitchen, floors, ceilings, AC, plumbing and electrics, often all at once, and often in a house that is still lived in. Split between several contractors, each trade waits for the last one and nobody owns the finished result.

ARIA runs the whole villa as one project: one programme, one named project lead and every stage inspected before it is closed. Waterproofing is flood-tested before tiling, first-fix is checked before boarding, and everything is tested before handover.

Yes. We protect the occupied areas, phase the works and keep the site clean every day. We completed a full villa renovation in Sur La Mer while the family stayed in the house.
