MEP is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing work behind every wall and ceiling: AC and ventilation, power and lighting, water supply and drainage. ARIA installs, tests and commissions all three as one coordinated package, with in-house technicians for HVAC and electrical and our own plumbers.

The trades share the same ceiling

AC ducts, drainage pipes, cable trays and light fittings all compete for the same space above the ceiling. When three companies install them separately, the clashes are found on site, and the fix is usually a lower ceiling, a pipe without its fall or a unit nobody can service.

We coordinate the MEP with the ceiling, the lighting and the joinery before installation, then test every system: plumbing pressure-tested before it is closed in, every circuit tested and recorded, refrigerant lines leak-tested and airflow balanced. The records go into your handover file.

What does MEP mean?

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing: the AC and ventilation, the power and lighting, and the water supply and drainage of a building.

Do you do plumbing, electrical and AC yourselves?

Yes. HVAC and electrical work is done by our in-house technicians and plumbing by our own plumbers, under one project lead.

Do you provide test certificates and commissioning records?

Yes. Plumbing is pressure-tested, every circuit is tested (insulation resistance, earth and RCD), refrigerant lines are pressure and leak tested and airflow is balanced. The records go into your handover file.
