In a tower, the building is part of the project

An apartment renovation needs the building’s approval before work starts, and it shares lifts, corridors and services with every other resident. Approvals and protection have to be in place before the first tool is lifted.

We handle building management, community and authority approvals, protect the building before work begins and report to you every day with photos. Walls come out only with the required approvals, and every new pipe and circuit is tested before it is closed in.
